On jobs executed by Menzies' Natives Nursery, all plant materials will be discounted at 20% below retail price. On jobs where client consulted with Robert Menzies and completed the work themselves, the plant materials are discounted 10% below retail price.

Blueprints	$85/hour	Paid upon delivery
On Site - Foreman/Supervisor	$35/hour	Based on a 8 hour day with 1/2 hour lunch and 1/2 hour total breaks
On Site - Laborer	$25/hour	Same as for Foreman/Supervisor
On Site Botanical	$75/hour $400/day	Not to exceed $1600 for write-up.

Financial Policy

At the completion of the job, the client is given the option of paying in full with a 1% discount, 30 days to pay the balance at no interest, or, if the balance extends past 30 days a finance charge of 1.5% will be assessed on a monthly basis until the balance is paid.
Accounts delinquent more than 180 days (6 months) will be subject to collection.
